Log into your Cureveda account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
